Research and Development

With decades of dedicated research, our kitchen and bathroom products are continually evolving to meet the demands of the modern market. Our goal is to create products that are not only reliable and well-designed but also cost-effective, and have been rigorously tested in residential homes, hotels, and high-traffic exhibition venues. Our R&D team, composed of highly skilled researchers and engineers with doctorate-level expertise, works tirelessly to deliver cutting-edge innovations and improvements that set new standards in the industry.

Casting and Machining

The production of each faucet begins with the preparation of its main body. This process can be approached in two ways: casting, where molten brass is poured into a mold, or machining, which involves shaping raw brass material. While both methods ultimately yield similar results, the choice between casting and machining is carefully determined based on the specific model being produced.

Polishing and Plating

Polishing is a crucial step in the production process, as it imparts a smooth, silky finish to the product, free from brush lines. Plating, on the other hand, gives the product its chrome color while providing long-lasting protection. During the plating process, the products are coated with several layers of metals, including copper, nickel, and chrome, ensuring durability and a premium appearance for years to come.

Assembly and Testing

The final stage of production involves assembling the various components to create the complete product. While this may seem like a straightforward task, it’s a critical part of the process, as every step impacts the overall quality. Each product undergoes several rigorous testing procedures, including finishing quality control, water leak tests, underwater air tests, and high-pressure resistance tests, to ensure superior performance and reliability.
